• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil

• 10 Drops Grounding Blend
• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
Mix drops in a 10ml roller bottle. Fill the rest with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil. Roll on the forehead and over the heart during times of prayer, scripture memorization, journaling, and fasting.
STRESS LESS BATH BOMB RECIPE
• 1 c. Baking Soda
• 1/2 c. Citric Acid, food grade
• 5-8 drops Grounding Blend, Frankincense, or Lavender Essential Oils
• Witch Hazel in a spray bottle
• plastic round mold
• Optional: finely chopped dried Lavender plant
• Optional: Natural Food Coloring or Mica Powder
Mix Soda and Citric Acid. Add any Coloring or dried Lavender. Add Essential Oils. Add a little Witch Hazel at a time, while compacting it with your hands. When the mixture seems wet enough and is compacting well, press firmly into your mold. After about 1 minute, release from the mold and let set out to dry for at least 24 hours.
